Sara-Jane Cromwell acted as a Consultant and Facilitator for Midleton Football Club. Sara-Jane was given a brief to give all the Club’s stakeholders the opportunity to participate in the discussions which were conducted once a week over an eight week period. The purpose of these discussions was to look at putting the right structures in place in order to give the Club a clear direction on how best to move forward for the future, and how best to develop and enlarge the Club’s resources in the longer term. One of the huge benefits from this process was the new structures, which are still in place today and are still proving every bit as effective.

The long-term outcome of the consultation process is hugely positive and successful, as was the final report presented to the Club at a special meeting held in the Midleton Park Hotel. Such was the nature of the report’s feedback and recommendations, it was unanimously adopted by the stakeholders. The report was implemented in full and as a result, the Club has been benefiting from that time to the present.
